Bob professionally, efficiently, and courteously managed the entire process from beginning to end (including obtaining the permit, putting in a shed, overseeing the gas, electric, fence, etc.) . The project was completed on time and on budget with no surprises. At all points, Bob kept us well informed of milestones and progress. We never had to “chase” him as he always (and we mean always) showed up when he said he would. Neither my wife nor I were previous pool owners so we were a little nervous at the beginning. “We used Silver Pools to put in an in ground pool in the summer of 2007. My husband’s biggest concern at the time was the installation process – while he wanted a pool, he had heard horror stories about the process and dreaded having to go through it. After obtaining a number of quotes we selected Silver Pools – one reason being that we personally knew two families who had used them and recommended them – one had their pool installed 15 years before. Another reason was that we loved what Bob came up with for the overall design – the shape of the pool, the waterfall, the landscaping, and the way it all would fit perfectly in our yard.

You may remember that the summer of 2007 was cool and rainy so as a result we experienced some delays getting started as a result of weather. However, while we were late starting, the timeframe from beginning to end was about three weeks – exactly what was promised – and the process itself was NOT unpleasant – and at times it was even fun. One of the biggest benefits to us was the fact that Bob’s folks did the pool and waterfall installation , the patio stone, and brought in a great landscaper. One other note that meant a lot to us. We have an 8 year old who as you can imagine was dying to get into the pool. Bob showed up on the Saturday of the July long weekend to hook up the heater so that we were able to use the pool that weekend. That is just one example of the great service that he provided.

So if we were to do it again would we? Yes, and we would use Silver Pools. Bob is reliable, flexible, he listens to concerns and follows up. And he has created for us, a fabulous get away spot right in our backyard. We have no hesitation in recommending Bob and Silver Pools.
